DescriptionWe analyzed the proteomic response of air-liquid interface cultures of primary nasal epithelial cells from healthy subjects 48 hours after infection with B. pertussis B1917 wild type, its delta-bteA mutant which has an in-frame deletion of the bteA gene, and the BteA complemented delta-bteA::bteA strain.
