PXD055827 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleThe phase I GlutaPanc trial L glutamine in combination with first line gemcitabine and nab paclitaxel in metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma
DescriptionThis is a single arm, dose finding phase I trial where all subjects completed a 1 week oral L glutamine lead in prior to addition of gemcitabine and abraxane and then continued on all three drugs until progression or intolerability. The primary endpoint was the recommended phase 2 dose of the combination in patients with treatment naive metastatic pancreatic cancer. In order to better understand the clinical observations, preplanned correlatives of blood and stool were collected at baseline and after the L glutamine lead in, while an additional blood sample was collected after the first dose of gemcitabine and abraxane for multiomic profiling
