PXD042410
PXD042410 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.
Dataset Summary
Title | Proximity labeling of neurotransmitter receptor interactomes in the mouse brain |
Description | Label-free quantification of proteins desthiobiotinylated in the mouse brain by PhoxID, a photoactivated proximity labeling technology developed by us. Desthiobiotinylated proteins were enriched from brain homogenates using NeutrAvidin beads and subjected to in-gel tryptic digestion prior to analysis by nanoLC-MS/MS. Two technical (mass spectrometry) replicates, denoted t1 and t2, were obtained for all biological samples. Three biological replicates were prepared for some experiments. |
