PXD031102 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.
Dataset Summary
Title | Proteomic identification of phosphorylation dependent Septin 7 interactors that drive dendritic spine formation |
Description | Protein from P15 mouse brain lysate was incubated with synthetic peptide corresponding to Septin 7 C-terminal tail residues 416-438. Either the phosphorylated (pT426) and non-phosphorylatied peptide was used for immunoprecipitation. Five replicate pulldowns were done per condition. |
