Description	Human plasma (from both healthy donors and disease) were isolated as described using Norgen plasma/serum exosome purification mini kit, and albumin depleted (HSA depletion kit, Thermo Fisher). Here we show that psEV (plasma small extracellular vesicles) are distinct in their proteome, psEV are biologically active, reflecting cell migratory capacity
