TitleCalsyntenin-3 directly interacts with both alpha- and beta-neurexins
DescriptionThese files were generated in Korea Basic Science Institute. In order to identify mouse tissue proteome, we performed nano-LC-MS/MS with Orbitrap Elite Mass Spectrometry and EASY nano-LC, and identification using IP2 with Uniprot Mouse database (2020). We performed affinity chromatography of solubilized mouse synaptosomes using immobilized recombinant Ig-Clstn3 followed by mass spectrometry (MS).
