PXD009615

PXD009615 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleGlobal interactomics of Zika Virus
DescriptionProtein interaction network of Zika viral proteins generated using affinity-purification (AP-MS) and proximity-based biotin labeling (BioID) assays. Viral proteins were expressed in T-Rex HEK293 cells as fused constructs with either FlagBirA (N-terminal tag) or -BirAFlag (C-temrinal tag).
