Reanalysis Container Summary
TitleJPST000210-2 Phosphoproteomics data of colon tissues (tumor and non-tumor) [Reanalysis: JPST000210]
DescriptionPhosphoproteome analyses of colorectal cancer tissues from 20 patients (20 tumors and 20 tumor-adjacent normal tissues) were carried out using IMAC-based posphopeptide enrichment followed by SCX-RP-MS/MS. The obtained results were searched against UniProt DB by Mascot, and the identified peptides were filtered at 1% FDR thresholds by searching against the randomized decoy DB at peptide level. This dataset with the PX complete submission format will be further used to generate a customized DB in this jPOST project. [Original project description]
