| Description | TtAgoM2 is a catalytically inactive variant of TtAgo carrying D478A and D546A substitutions in the PIWI domain. To identify host factors potentially involved in TtAgoM2-mediated homologous recombination in Pasteurella multocida GX-PM, we performed FLAG-His tandem affinity purification followed by LC-MS/MS analysis. A YPet-expressing strain was used as a negative control to identify proteins specifically enriched in the TtAgoM2-associated fraction. |
