| Title | STK31 enhances gallbladder cancer development by modulating DNA replication machinery(480 Label-free) |
| Description | Agilent mRNA microarray was used to analyze mRNA expression profiles in paired gallbladder cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues. Differentially expressed genes were identified from normalized microarray data. Genes showing a fold change greater than 2 or lower than 0.5 with a statistical significance of P value less than 0.05 were considered significant. Candidate genes were further validated by quantitative real time PCR and functional experiments. |
