| Description | This project contains qualitative LC–MS/MS data generated from mixed protein samples of Bacillus subtilis spores. Mass spectrometry was performed to identify proteins and peptides associated with the spore coat and to support the characterization of spore coat assembly in the context of DnaK function during sporulation. The deposited dataset includes the raw mass spectrometry data and associated protein and peptide identification results used in this study. |
