PXD081602 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleArsenic targets KMT2A::AF6 in t(6;11) AML via PML bodies
DescriptionMass spectrometry-based label-free DIA-PASEF proteomic analysis of nuclear protein extracts from acute myeloid leukemia models harboring either the t(6;11) KMT2A::AFDN translocation (ML-2 cell line, *_ML2, and an ex vivo PDX-derived primary sample, _PDX) or the t(8;21) RUNX1::RUNX1T1 translocation (Kasumi-1 cell line, _KASU), following 48 h treatment with 2 uM arsenic trioxide (_TREATED) or vehicle control (_UNTREATED). Samples were analyzed by label-free DIA-PASEF LC-MS/MS in technical triplicate, indicated by the suffixes *1, 2 and 3, corresponding to the three technical injections of each biological sample.
