| Description | As part of a larger study on neurodevelopmental effects of lower-chlorinated, human-relevant 4-OH-PCB52 metabolite, we quantified 4-OH-PCB52 and its metabolite 4,4'-diOH-PCB52 in lung tissue from postnatal day (P)28 female rats exposed subcutaneously to 4-OH-PCB52 via a polymeric implant for 28 days. We mapped global proteins in the lung by LC-MS/MS. The accompanying dataset contains raw and processed files from Proteome Discoverer, Amica, and STRING. |
