PXD081266 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleProteomic profiling of DLG4-mutant patient-derived cortical organoids and AAV-mediated gene replacement in DLG4-related synaptopathy
DescriptionCortical organoids derived from patients with DLG4-related synaptopathy were used to characterize the proteomic consequences of PSD-95 deficiency and its restoration. The dataset comprises DIA proteomics of organoids carrying loss-of-function DLG4 variants (nonsense and frameshift), their respective parental controls, and mutant organoids following AAV-mediated DLG4 gene replacement (AAV7m8-DLG4, human synapsin promoter). Samples were acquired on an Orbitrap Astral and processed with DIA-NN in library-free mode.
