| Title | TbKCPD Knockdown using RNAi with cells collected three days after induction for global proteomics |
| Description | TbKCPD was depleted in cells using RNAi. Cells were collected 3 days post induction, washed in 1X PBS before the samples were lysed and the proteins were enzymatically digested with trypsin and LysC protease. The resulting peptides were then separated chromatographically and then analyzed using data independent acquisition. |
