| Title | Proteomic changes in K562 cells upon suppression of heme biosynthesis |
| Description | To characterize proteome-wide changes in K562 cells following heme synthesis inhibition treatment, two groups were established with four biological replicates each: an untreated control group and a group treated with SA for 72 h. Cells were washed with PBS, harvested by centrifugation, and lysed in the RIPA Lysis Buffer supplemented with 1×Protease and Phosphatase Inhibitor Cocktail (EDTA Free). Protein concentrations were determined and normalized as described above. |
