| Title | Characterization of the Aggregate Proteome in Alzheimers Disease with Psychosis |
| Description | Insoluble brain fractions of human patients with Alzheimers disease or Alzheimers plus characteristics of psychosis and matched controls were collected in standard laemmli buffer and heated at 95C for 5 minutes in 10mM DTT. Approximately 100 micrograms of each sample were loaded into STrap micro columns following vendor protocols and digested with Trypsin overnight at room temperature. The resulting peptide digest was measured by peptide colorimetric assay and 4ng was loaded onto EvoTips for diaPASEF analysis on a TIMSTOF Ultra2 system using a 40SPD nanoflow gradient. The resulting files were analyzed in SpectroNaut 21. |
