TitleIP-MS analysis of PHEV nsp3/nsp4 host protein interactome in HEK293T cells
DescriptionThis study investigates host protein interactomes of PHEV non-structural proteins nsp3 and nsp4 using affinity purification coupled with mass spectrometry (AP-MS). HEK293T cells were transiently transfected with HA-tagged empty vector, HA-tagged PHEV nsp3, or HA-tagged PHEV nsp4 constructs. After 48 hours post-transfection, cells were lysed and HA immunoprecipitation was performed to enrich interacting proteins. The immunoprecipitated complexes were separated by SDS-PAGE, and gel bands were excised for in-gel trypsin digestion followed by LC-MS/MS analysis to identify host protein interaction partners. This dataset provides a resource for understanding host–virus protein interaction networks of PHEV non-structural proteins.
