| Description | After treatment of gastric cancer HGC27 cells with Bigelovin or DMSO for 24 hours, the cells were washed three times with ice-cold PBS, scraped off using a cell scraper, and pelleted by centrifugation at 2,500 rpm for 5 minutes. The cell pellets were then stored at –80 °C until subsequent proteomic analysis. |
