Description	The project mapped the interactors of PLK1 in cells were the endogenous PLK1 locus was tagged with 3xHA tags. Cells were arrested in mitosis with nocodazole and treated with a PLK1 inhibitor (BI-2536) to trap PLK1 onto its substrates, facilitating detection by mass spectrometry.
