| Description | This project investigates the proteomic response of the acidophilic green alga Coccomyxa sp. to aluminum stress. We aim to identify differentially expressed proteins and key metabolic pathways involved in aluminum tolerance mechanisms. Protein samples from control and aluminum-treated cells were analyzed by LC-MS/MS-based quantitative proteomics. The raw mass spectrometry data and processed results are deposited here for public access and further reanalysis. |
