| Description | 30 μL protein A/G magnetic beads were pre-incubated with anti-His antibody at 4 °C for 2 h, followed by overnight incubation with HeLa cell lysate supplemented with or without recombinant His-tagged Galectin-3. Enriched interacting proteins were analyzed via label-free DDA LC-MS/MS on Q-Exactive MS. |
