PXD080133 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.
Dataset Summary
| Title | Network model to predict age-related transcriptional reprogramming |
| Description | This study was aimed at understanding the effects of age-associated secreted factors from the infrapatellar fat pad (IFPs) on chondrocyte behavior. Chondrocytes isolated from aged male mice were exposed to media conditioned in the presence of either young or aged IFPs. A portion of conditioned media was processed via LC-MS by Tymora Analytical Operations (West Lafayette, IN) to identify factors secreted by the young and aged IFPs. |
