| Title | Phosphoproteomic analysis of PAM cells infected with African swine fever |
| Description | PAMs (2×10⁷) in T75 flasks were mock-infected or ASFV-infected (MOI=1). After 2-hour absorption (0hpi), remaining samples were incubated in 2% FBS/RPMI-1640 until 3, 6, 12, or 24hpi. Harvested, lysed proteins were digested. Peptides underwent DIA-MS for protein abundance quantification, or phosphopeptide enrichment for phosphorylation signaling, mapped to Sus scrofa. |
