Title	Pull-down assay coupled with mass spectrometry using Vstm2b-Fc and rat primary hippocampal neurons
Description	This study aimed to identify Vstm2b-interacting proteins in rat primary hippocampal neurons cultured for 14 days in vitro. Neurons were incubated with Vstm2b-Fc– or Fc-coated Protein G magnetic beads and crosslinked with DTSSP. Following cell lysis, bound proteins were isolated by magnetic separation and subjected to proteomic analysis.
