| Description | In this project, we constructed BIRC6-overexpressed HEK293T cell line and empty vector control cell line. Co-IP combined with quantitative mass spectrometry was performed to screen interacting proteins of BIRC6, aiming to explore the downstream binding partners and molecular regulatory network of BIRC6. All raw immunoprecipitation mass spectrometry data and processed identification files are deposited here. |
