| Description | Experiment Objective: To investigate the interacting protein of recombinant complement associated protein in murine peritoneal macrophages. Experimental Design: Primary macrophages were isolated from the mouse peritoneal cavity. The proteins of macrophages were obtained and incubated with the recombinant complement associated protein labeled with His tag. Elute the protein complex through His-pulldown and identify it by mass spectrometry. |
