Title	Identify HSV-1 proteins binding to CAD
Description	To investigate the viral mechanism underlying HSV-1-mediated CAD activation, we sought to identify viral proteins that interact with CAD. HEK293T cells were transfected with FLAG-tagged CAD and subsequently infected with HSV-1. Proteins were immunoprecipitated using anti-FLAG or IgG antibodies and analyzed by LC-MS/MS.
