Description	This project comprises 12 proteomic samples analyzed using data-independent acquisition (DIA, also known as SWATH). Proteins were isolated from extracellular vesicles enriched from the seminal plasma of boar AI semen doses, including samples from high-fertility males (n = 6) and reduced-fertility males (n = 6).
