| Description | Syrian golden hamsters were fed a high‑fat diet (HFD) for 6 weeks to establish early‑stage MASLD, with daily administration of anethole trithione (ADT) by gavage. Liver tissues from each group were collected, immediately snap‑frozen in liquid nitrogen, and shipped to Biotree Biotech Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China) for quantitative proteomic analysis. Protein expression changes in liver tissues following ADT treatment were characterized by LC‑MS/MS‑based proteomic profiling. |
