PXD078999 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.
Dataset Summary
| Title | LC-MS/MS Proteomic Analysis of Saccharomyces cerevisiae Samples |
| Description | This submission comprises LC-MS/MS proteomics raw data generated from Saccharomyces cerevisiae samples. The dataset includes proteomic analysis of input lysate used for protein identification and methodological assessment. Raw mass spectrometry files and processed protein/peptide quantification tables generated from a FragPipe workflow are included. Data visualization and interpretation were performed using Scaffold. This dataset represents a single biological condition corresponding to pre-loading input sample. The dataset is provided as a partial ProteomeXchange submission.[dataset license: Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0)] |
