Title	Complexome profiling of mitochondrial respirasome during cell cycle
Description	For interphase synchronization, HeLa cells were synchronized with 2 mM thymidine for 19 h, and these interphase cells were harvested. For mitotic synchronization, HeLa cells were treated with 2 mM thymidine for 19 h, followed by a 9 h release in fresh medium, allowing the cells to enter the mitotic phase. Mitotic cells were then harvested by mitotic shake-off. Mitochondrial membrane fractions were extracted from the harvested interphase and mitotic cells using digitonin. The extracted samples were separated by blue native polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (BN-PAGE). The gel was fixed and stained with Coomassie Brilliant Blue. The protein complex bands above 880 kDa were excised and divided into three sections from top to bottom. Each section was subjected to LC-MS/MS analysis for complexome profiling.
