| Description | RH tachyzoites were exposed to 50 nM panobinostat or an equal volume of DMSO for 12 h . Parasites were harvested by centrifugation, immediately snap-frozen in liquid nitrogen, and preserved at −80 °C until further use. Parasite lysis and total protein extraction were conducted in accordance with standard proteomic workflows . |
