TitleDIA-MS/MS quantitative proteomics for molecular classification of pancreatic intraductal tumors
DescriptionData-independent acquisition tandem mass spectrometry (DIA-MS/MS) quantitative proteomics was performed on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue samples, including IPMN-GNAS wild-type (IPMN-WT), IPMN-GNAS mutant (IPMN-GNASâș), and ITPN tissues. All samples were processed with a customized and optimized FFPE protein pretreatment workflow. The raw DIA mass spectrometry files were generated to explore differentially expressed proteins, distinct proteomic profiles, and altered signaling pathways among three tissue subtypes. The acquired MS data support the quantitative analysis of stably dysregulated proteins, bioinformatics enrichment analysis, and subsequent histological validation of key biomarker proteins in pancreatic precursor neoplasms.
