| Description | This study investigated the proteomic response of Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923 to dopamine. Strains were cultured in LB medium with or without dopamine supplementation. After 6 hours of incubation, bacterial cells were collected for quantitative proteomic analysis to screen differentially expressed proteins and explore the regulatory mechanism of dopamine on this bacterium. |
