PXD078145 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleMetabolic enzymes of human SGBS adipocytes interact with halogenated bisphenol A alternatives – Full Proteome
DescriptionThis dataset contains quantitative proteomics data of differentiated human SGBS adipocytes treated with bisphenols (10 nM and 10 µM) and the AKR1C1 inhibitor 3-bromo-5-phenylsalicylic acid. Cells were exposed for 24 h, 4 days, and 8 days, alongside rosiglitazone, GW9662, and DMSO controls, with four biological replicates per condition. Proteins were extracted, digested using SP3-based sample preparation, and analyzed by LC-MS/MS in DIA mode on an Orbitrap Astral mass spectrometer. Data were processed using DIA-NN and statistically evaluated to identify differentially abundant proteins.
