Title	Proteomics of cervical cancer (blood serum samples)
Description	This study aims to identify potential serum biomarkers for HPV-positive and HPV-negative cervical cancer using label-free quantitative proteomics. Serum samples from healthy controls, HPV-positive, and HPV-negative cervical cancer patients were analyzed via LC-MS/MS to determine differentially expressed proteins (DEPs). The identified biomarkers were further validated using bioinformatics tools and a high-performance electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) biosensor.
