Title	4D label-free quantitative lactylproteomics analysis of GSK3B/WT and GSK3B/KO CRC cells
Description	We established a GSK3β knockout colorectal cancer RKO cell line to serve as the experimental group, alongside a wild-type cell line as the control group. Two replicate samples were prepared for each group. After successfully preparing these two well-established cell lines, we conducted a 4D label-free quantitative lactylproteomics analysis.
