Title	Proteomic analysis of PilQ complexes in Pseudomonas aeruginosa using TIMS-TOF mass spectrometry
Description	Proteomic analysis was conducted to identity proteins associated with the PilQ secretin complex in Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Samples were analyzed using a trapped ion mobility spectrometry time-of-flight (TIMS-TOF) mass spectrometer. The dataset includes raw mass spectrometry data and processed identification results supporting the identification of PilQ-associated protein components.
