PXD077657 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleTiny Hopes -- Assessing Protein Preservation in Collagen-Depleted Bones
DescriptionTwo sets of searches with the following modification: 1. deamidation (N), deamidation (Q), hydroxyproline (P); 2. Pyro-Glu (Q), and Pyro-Glu (E). THe same decoy and contaminants settings were used as in original search. Validation: always left default in FragPipe, MS booster, Philiosopher, percolator algorithms (95% accurate). Fixed modifications: default, only the cstine is modified. Cleavage: semi-tryptic. The missed cleavages were increase to 3. Number of unique peptides: set to 1. For paper, currently under review
