Title	Membrane Enriched Subcellular Proteomic Analysis of KBU2046 Treated PC3 Prostate Cancer Cells
Description	This study investigates localized protein networks at the cell boundary of human prostate cancer PC3 cells following a 72 hour exposure to the selective motility inhibitor KBU2046. Membrane fractions were isolated using a commercial extraction kit to evaluate spatial dynamics at the cell periphery. Extracted surface proteins were then chemically labeled with Tandem Mass Tags to enable multiplexed quantitative proteomic analysis of the dynamic surfaceome.
