PXD077513 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.
Dataset Summary
| Title | Gpm1 was identified as Atg14-associated proteins under nitrogen starvation conditions |
| Description | Yeast cells expressing Atg14-3xFLAG-TEV-ZZ were cultured in SD-N medium for 1 h. Atg14 fusion protein was then purified using anti-Rabbit IgG Dynabeads, and the samples were subjected to LC-MS/MS analysis. As expected, known Atg14-interacting components, including Vps34, Vps15, Atg38, Vps30 (Atg6), and Vac8, were robustly detected. In addition, two glycolysis-related proteins, Cdc19 (pyruvate kinase) and Gpm1 (phosphoglycerate mutase), were identified as Atg14-associated proteins under nitrogen starvation conditions. |
