Title	Proteomic analysis of APOE genetic variation in whole brain, neurons, and astrocytes
Description	Proteomic analysis of whole mouse brains, isolated mouse brain mitochondria, and iPSC-derived neurons and astrocytes. Mouse samples were obtained from APOE3 and APOE4 targeted replacement mice at 4 months of age. Additional proteomic analysis was performed on APOE3 and APOE4 isogenic iAstrocytes and iNeurons.
