| Description | This project contains the raw mass spectrometry data and proteomic quantification results of rat brain tissues in a study of exogenous calcium preconditioning against ischemic stroke injury. Both global proteomics and chemical proteomics were performed by LC-MS/MS to investigate the mechanism of VDAC1-mediated oligomerization inhibition and calcium homeostasis restoration, supporting the findings reported in the corresponding manuscript. |
