| Description | This project characterizes the proteomic changes in mouse bone marrow neutrophils following IFN-β stimulation. Using the Thermo Orbitrap Astral mass spectrometer in DIA mode, we performed high-resolution quantitative profiling to identify differentially expressed proteins between the stimulated and control groups. |
