PXD076731 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleS. elongatus PCC 7942 Circadian Control Proteomics; phosphorylation and acetyl PTMs (PB-DP3)
DescriptionS. elongatus (dilute OD) circadian experiment. TMT18 fractions for proteomics to identify phosphorylation and acetylation post-translational modifications. Global and redox PTM proteomics for the same samples are available under accession number MSV000099892. Samples were processed with using the SP3-based multi-PTM workflow (Gluth et al, 2024, MCP). Data were searched using MS-GF+, and PlexedPiper was used to link peptide identifications with MASIC quantification data. Normalization was performed using the global median method, and PTM data were further normalized to the corresponding global dataset.
