PXD076498 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleIWS1 stimulates transcription elongation
DescriptionTranscription elongation requires the coordination of many factors, but the molecular role of these factors are not fully understood. We used cryo-electron microscopy and in vitro RNA extension assays to show that the histone chaperone IWS1 stimulates transcription using a series of short motifs in its C-terminus that contact separate components of the elongation machinery.
