PXD076498 is an
original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.
Dataset Summary
| Title | IWS1 stimulates transcription elongation |
| Description | Transcription elongation requires the coordination of many factors, but the molecular role of these factors are not fully understood. We used cryo-electron microscopy and in vitro RNA extension assays to show that the histone chaperone IWS1 stimulates transcription using a series of short motifs in its C-terminus that contact separate components of the elongation machinery. |
