PXD076393 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleThe raw data of competitive chemoproteomics for validating the interaction between human BASP1 and IDRB-Binder-1 identified by iTarget.
DescriptionThe eight raw files starting with 'BASP1-comp' represent the chemoproteomics MS data of 3 μM IDRB-Probe-1 with multiple concentrations of competitive IDRB-Binder-1 in MCF-7. Each concentration includes three measurements taken from distinct samples. 126, 127N and 127C represent the data of 3 μM diazirine-free dark probe IDRB-DP-1. 128N, 128C and 129N represent the data of 3 μM IDRB-Probe-1. 129C, 130N and 130C represent the data of 3 μM IDRB-Probe-1 and 3 μM IDRB-Binder-1. 131N, 131C and 132N represent the data of 3 μM IDRB-Probe-1 and 9 μM IDRB-Binder-1. 132C, 133N and 133C represent the data of 3 μM IDRB-Probe-1 and 30 μM IDRB-Binder-1. 134N, 134C and 135N represent the data of 3 μM IDRB-Probe-1 and 30 μM unrelated competitor IDRB-UC-1.
