| Title | Proteomic analysis of mouse heart tissue following myocardial infarction |
| Description | This project aims to characterize the proteomic changes in cardiac tissue of mice following myocardial infarction and treatment with resibufogenin. Left ventricular tissue samples were collected from mice after left anterior descending coronary artery ligation. Protein extracts were analyzed using LC-MS/MS, and data were searched against the mouse UniProt database. The identified differentially expressed proteins provide insights into the molecular mechanisms of resibufogenin. |
