TitleIP-MS Results of Nipped-B-like Protein in Mouse Ovaries
DescriptionThis project utilizes Immunoprecipitation coupled with Mass Spectrometry (IP-MS) to comprehensively map the interactome of the NIPBL protein within mouse ovarian tissue. As a critical cohesin loader regulating chromatin architecture and gene expression, NIPBL's specific binding partners in the ovary remain largely uncharacterized. By isolating NIPBL complexes from murine ovaries and identifying associated proteins via high-resolution MS, this study aims to uncover novel protein-protein interactions essential for oocyte development, meiotic cohesion, and folliculogenesis. The resulting dataset provides crucial insights into the molecular mechanisms governing female fertility and may reveal pathogenic pathways linked to cohesin-related reproductive disorders.
